Welcome to The Grammar School at Somersville and thank you for your interest in our school!  We invite you to join a community that prides itself on providing both a nurturing educational atmosphere and a challenging academic environment.  Our mission is to enrich the learning experience for our children in a climate of mutual trust, respect and encouragement.  After exploring our website and visiting our school, it is our hope that you will be attracted to our unique learning community.  Admissions is based on a classroom visit, individual screening results and previous school records.  The Grammar School has a rolling admission, but it is beneficial to apply early. Interested families are encouraged to visit the school and observe our classes in action.  Each year, we hold Open Houses in the Fall and early winter months. Personal tours are available throughout the school year.  We look forward to working with you and your family, as you make a very important decision for your child’s future.
