Would you like to create flyers, leadership posters, podcasts, brochures, business cards, catalogues for your school store?
If you would, then The Grammar School is the place for you. We have transitioned to a completely electronic classroom in grade 6, using computer notebooks and the SmartBoard for all of our research, reports, writings, and communications. We even record our own grades in an electronic grade book program! These are easily accessible by our parents at time they wish to see how we are doing. Each curriculum area is differentiated so that we are able to work in the level that is appropriate for us. Some of us are in advanced reading in 9th grade vocabulary, while others are at levels appropriate for them. We are given choices for how we will complete projects. These choices are based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Before each math unit we are pre-tested. If we show we already know the material, we may skip it and move on to more advanced material. Our education is completely individualized and we are proud to be here each and every day. We are true leaders of the school!
